Our McAllister’s Whiskey Lounge is a stunning tribute to the rich heritage of Tullyglass House Hotel. Undergoing a two-year, £2 million transformation, led by the talented Laura Cleary in 2022, this lounge reconnects with its roots and breathes new life into the already impressive facilities.

The design, a careful blend of rustic, bright, and dark tones, creates an inviting space suitable for various occasions—fine dining, afternoon tea, lunch dates, or an evening of drinks. The lounge boasts a redesigned food and drinks menu, with the star of the show being none other than McAllister’s Whiskey, prominently displayed throughout.
